This site uses no cookies, no analytics services and no third-party content. What is processed when you visit and when you use the contact form is described here. The German version is the legally binding one.

Hosting and access data
This site loads no third-party resources (no external fonts, scripts or embeds) and sets no cookies. When you visit, only technically necessary connection data are processed (IP address, time, requested address, referring page, browser identifier). The IP address is truncated as the log is written (IPv4 to 24 bits, IPv6 to 48 bits) and can no longer be attributed to a person. From these truncated logs we produce anonymous visitor statistics (page views, referrers, browsers) without cookies and without scripts in the browser. The logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation, troubleshooting, reach measurement). Hosting is provided by netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe, on servers in Germany (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR).
Contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, your details (name, email address, subject, message) are processed to handle your enquiry, legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The message is transmitted to our platform baioss.de and stored there on systems of the controller (hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany). The details are deleted after twelve months unless statutory retention obligations apply. The same applies to enquiries by email; our email service is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365, data centres in the EU).
Links to other services
This site links to baioss.de, smartreadinessindicator.com and our LinkedIn profile. When you open those services, their privacy policies apply. No content from these providers is embedded in this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A message to info@onsite-solutions.eu is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for us this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
